Sunrise, sunset

One of the things that made me infatuated with Tiffany was her observance of the natural world and the ability to be present in a moment, completely. In middle school and high school she would regularly find the best “sunset spot” and just sit there and watch the sun do its thing. She taught me this ability to really BE in the moment and appreciate what is in front of me. When I am in that space of living “one day at time “ or “present”, I am the most happiest and serene. My work trip this week helped remind me about this gift that Tiffany gave me. Sunrises and sunsets over the ocean were some of our favorite ones…

Just for today, I am ok. Just for today, I am enough. Just for today, I will be present.
